Local Delivery Policy – Appliances

Delivery is available within the city limits of Winnipeg.

We do deliveries daily Monday to Friday. You have the option between 2 timeframes for delivery: 8:30am-12pm and 12pm-3:30pm. Prior to loading the items for delivery you will be contacted to confirm someone is home for delivery.

The following fees would apply as follows:

  • French Door Fridges (30” to 36”): delivery $140
  • Front Load Washers and Washer/Dryers Stackers/sets: delivery $115
  • All other Appliances: delivery $90

Delivery fee is per address, only the highest fee would apply if multiple appliances were purchased.

Occasionally, if time permits in our schedule, we will do deliveries to locations outside of Winnipeg (Within 50 km out of the city). Additional fees may apply. Please contact us for further inquiries.

Customer is responsible for ensuring that the appliance/furniture that they are purchasing will fit into their home. If our team arrives, they will make every safe attempt to delivery the item into the space required. We will not cut walls, remove door frames, or force an item through a tight space etc. to get them into the house/space. Occasionally we can partially dismantle appliances to get them through a space if required, additional fees would apply for this (Hourly fee). If we are unable to get the appliance into the home, you have a few options:

  • We can leave the item on site, and the customer can deal with adjusting their space to get the item in.
  • We can bring the item back to the store and swap out the item with a different sized item in the store, additional delivery fees will apply.
  • We can bring the item back to the store. If you are not purchasing an item from the store to replace the item that did not fit, you have two options for reimbursement:
    • Store Credit for the purchase amount minus the delivery fee.
    • Refund for purchase amount minus the delivery fee and a restocking fee of 20% of the item purchased. Refund will be processed in the same method used for payment.

Curbside delivery is also available for a $50 fee per address. Curbside delivery includes transport to the location of delivery and item will be left outside the door of the house or building. Please call us at 204-237-6868 or email [email protected] to make payment and schedule a delivery date.
