Refunds and Return Policy

Used Parts

All sales are considered Final Sales. Parts cannot be canceled once shipped and are NOT eligible to be returned as unused. It will only be replaced/refunded if received defective or damaged in shipping.

It is the customer responsibility to ensure that the part they are purchasing is the part that they need. We will not accept any returns or refunds for parts that didn’t fix the problem that you were experiencing, because it wasn’t the problem. Please make sure you know what the problem is before purchasing parts. Please feel free to contact us by phone or email, we would be happy to help you determine if the part will work with your model number and help guide you towards the part that you might need prior to your purchase. Note that this information would be based on usual case scenarios and are suggestions for you, since we have not assessed your machine, we cannot guarantee that these suggestions would fix the issue on your machine. All Sales would still be considered final sale even if purchased based on our suggestion.  

Electrical parts cannot be returned under any circumstances – this is general practice for all electrical parts sold new or used. Part is sold as is.

Refunds will not be issued for parts that are damaged while trying to install the part.

Please don’t attempt to return your old part for credit. All our parts are flagged and documented before they are shipped out.

If you feel that you have received the wrong part, a defective part or damaged part, please contact us by email at [email protected] within 5 business days of part delivery date. Pictures will be required for damaged items and to issue a replacement/refund. Once return/refund is approved, Damaged/Defective items will need to be returned at the customers expense to us. Item will only be refunded once the part is received and confirmed defective. If the part is found to be not defective, no refund will be issued. Parts must be returned within 30 days of the receipt of part to qualify for a refund. Rejected returns will not be shipped back to customers.

New Parts

Parts must be in resaleable condition to qualify:

“Resaleable” means that the part must not have incurred damage, such as signs of installation by the customer, marks, or scuffing.

Part must also be in its original sealed packaging to be considered resaleable. Please inspect part before removing from its packaging, as this can cause return to be rejected.

Electrical parts cannot be returned. No exceptions.

Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded.
