Shipping Policy
We offer shipping across Canada on several products that we sell through our website. We use Canada Post for all our product shipping. Rates are calculated by Canada Post based on the Weight and Dimensions of the item and the location of the delivery.
Shipping is currently only available to locations in Canada.
We answer any questions received by email and phone Monday to Friday, throughout the day as time permits. We ship items Monday to Friday. Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed. If purchased on the weekend items will not be shipped out until Monday/Tuesday.
Shipping is not available on appliances and larger bulky Parts. These items would need to be picked up at our location or arrangements for delivery would need to be made. Please see our Local Delivery Policy for details on what would qualify for Local Delivery.
If you select “Local Pickup” as your shipping option, items can be picked up at our location during regular business hours. Once the order is processed you will receive an email when the product is ready for pickup.
Damaged or incorrect Shipments
It is important to open and inspect your order upon delivery. Please contact us within 5 days of delivery if you discover items missing or damage to your order. Please contact us by phone or email so that we can rectify the issues. We carefully package each item; however not all handlers are as gentle with items as they should be.
